Shadow and Bone
is Netflix upcoming series based on Leigh Bardugo’s worldwide bestselling Grishaverse novels. It follows lowly soldier and orphan Alina Starkov in a war-torn world, who has just unleashed an extraordinary power that could be the key to setting her country free. Jessie Mei Li stars as Alina with Archie Renaux, Freddy Carter, Amita Suman, Kit Young and Ben Barnes in supporting roles.
Here's a glimpse into the expansive, textured world Bardugo created in her books.
Shadow and Bone
will premiere on Netflix on April 23, 2021.
