First Look at “Candyman”

Universal Pictures & MGM have just dropped the trailer for the new “Candyman”. In the trailer, we can see Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, as an artist who is extremely obsessed with the legend of the serial killer, Candyman. Not much of the plot can be seen but we can expect lots of thrill and gore based on the trailer alone.

Will Say My Name by Destiny’s Child ever be the same again?

The new “Candyman” will serve as a “spiritual sequel’ to the 1992 horror movie. The movie will still be set in the same Chicago neighbourhood where it all started, but the section where the Cabrini-Green housing projects once stood is now gentrified.

Candyman is stated to release in cinemas on 18 June 2020, in Singapore.
