In Disney's Encanto, Mirabel —the only ordinary member of her extraordinary family—discovers that the magic surrounding their home is in danger, and she might be her family’s last hope.

In the previous teaser, we only got the film’s implied message - you don’t need to be “special” to be special. But this full trailer reveals the Casa Madrigal is falling apart and losing its magic, for some mysterious reason that the 15-year-old Mirabel sets out to discover and correct.

It was also announced that actor John Leguizamo has been added to the voice cast as Uncle Bruno. He joins Brooklyn Nine-Nine's Stephanie Beatriz who voices Mirabel, María Cecilia Botero as Mirabel’s grandmother Alma; Angie Cepeda and Wilmer Valderrama as Mirabel’s parents, Julieta and Agustín; and Diane Guererro and Jessica Darrow as Mirabel’s sisters, Isabela and Luisa.

Disney's Encanto is directed by Byron Howard (Zootopia, Tangled) and features original songs from Hamilton's Lin-Manuel Miranda.
