Disney’s ‘A Wrinkle In Time’ Debuts First Trailer Starring Oprah Winfrey and Reese Witherspoon!

The fantastical sci-fi film, 'A Wrinkle In Time' debuted its first trailer at the Disney’s biennial D23 Expo in California.
Directed by Ava DuVernay, she introduced the film’s trailer together with some of the cast members such as Oprah Winfrey, Chris Pine, Reese Witherspoon and Storm Reid, who were present at the event.
Adapted from Madeleine L’Engle’s novel of the same name, ‘A Wrinkle In Time’ tells a story about a young girl whose scientist father has been missing after disappearing. She travels to a fantastical world in search of her father, only to meet with strange characters along the way.
With A Wrinkle In Time, DuVernay officially became the first African-American woman to direct a movie with a budget over $100 million — and from this trailer, it looks like we’re in for something really exciting.
If anything, the costumes alone are so unapologetically surreal and elaborate, it just makes the entire film even more enticing.
A Wrinkle In Time is slated to open InCinemas March 2018!
