Our Man In Hollywood - Chin Han in 'Skyscraper'

Singaporean actor Chin Han latest starring role in the action-thriller ‘Skyscraper’ (Now showing – check showtimes here) is certainly the biggest role of his Hollywood career to-date. In the Dwayne Johnson-headlined blockbuster, Chin Han plays Zhao, a billionaire visionary who happens to be the owner of a skyscraper that is also the tallest building in the world.
It has been a steady climb to meatier roles in Hollywood since he was cast as an accountant / mob boss in director Christoher Nolan’s The Dark Knight in 2008. Since then, he has appeared in major Hollywood productions ‘Contagion’, ‘2012’, Independence Day: Resurgence’ and ‘Ghost In The Shell’, just to name a few. Besides feature films, he’s also acted in the hit TV series ‘The Blacklist’, ‘Arrow’ , and the critically acclaimed Netflix series ‘Marco Polo’.
Recently, Chin Han became the first Singaporean actor to be invited by Hollywood’s Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Science to become a member. Now that’s what we call ‘achievement unlocked!’. Congratulations!
