It’s time. Scarlett Johansson is ready in the first Black Widow trailer

It’s finally her turn. Her Standalone film. Marvel Studios’ Black Widow drops first teaser trailer and it’s going to be one hell of a ride.
Scarlett Johansson returns as Natasha Romanoff in the superhero film where we are introduced to her ‘family’ from her old life ‘to where it all began’ working as a Russian spy. Here, new characters such as Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) Melina Vostokoff (Rachel Weisz) and Stranger Things’ David Harbour suiting up as Alexei Shostakov, AKA, Red Guardian.
Johansson had shared that the film is not an origin story, but more of delving into her psyche. That’s an interesting take since we learned about her fate in Avengers: Endgame, this film hopefully does gives us a better insight to her growing up years and how she tries to put her assassin days behind her as she becomes an Avenger.
The first solo outing of our Black Widow is directed by Cate Shortland, and it seems to have the story and the action we have come to expect from the Studio that has been dominating the box office charts for the last decade.
