Glimpse the Table Read of Beauty and the Beast Remake

By Freddy  /  02 Sep 2016 (Friday)

For the first time, we get to listen to Emma Watson as Belle during the table read of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast live-action remake. We also get to listen to Dan Stevens as Beast. But let’s face it, it’s Emma Watson that we are really excited about.

Bill Condon, the director of the movie, speaks in the video, “When something is so perfect, why get near it?” In Cogsworth’s words:

If it's not baroque, don't fix it.

Watch the video to find out his reason and, more importantly, listen to Belle and Beast talk about books.

It confirms that Emma Watson will make an amazing Belle. We also caught a glimpse of Lumiere and Cogsworth.

The video is only a short part of among the 20 bonus features that you will receive upon purchasing Beauty and the Beast 25th Anniversary Edition, which will be released digitally on Tuesday, 6 September 2016. Other features include a deleted scene with Belle in the library, a deleted song sequence “Human Again”, early presentation reel, and many more.

Beauty and the Beast will open InCinemas 16 March 2017.
