First Look at Kristen Wiig as the New Villain, Cheetah in ‘Wonder Woman 1984’!

Director Patty Jenkins released a new picture from the set of the new ‘Wonder Woman’ sequel, ‘Wonder Woman 1984’, featuring Cheetah, the new villain played by SNL actress Kristen Wiig.

Wiig plays Barbara Minerva, the real name of the villain Cheetah. In this photo, we get a look of her before she turns into a supervillian. In the comics, Minerva is an anthropologist who became obsessed with treasures held by Wonder Woman, Diana Prince (Gal Gadot), such as her lasso of truth.

Gal Gadot returns as the titular superhero, together with director Jenkins, and a surprising return of Chris Pine as Steve Trevor despite his fate in the first movie.
