Mission accepted. Hayley Atwell joins Mission: Impossible 7

Best known for her role as Peggy Carter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and on TV’s Agent Carter, Hayley Atwell has signed on to join the next Mission: Impossible 7.
Mission: Impossible 7 director Christopher McQuarrie posted a picture of Atwell’s headshot on social media with the caption: "Should you choose to accept…”. Atwell later commented on the post by saying, "Mission: Accepted. Though I'm not the sort to follow orders..."
At this point, there is no other information who Atwell will be playing - either a new ally to Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise’s character), or even the nemesis! Who knows?
McQuarrie wrote and directed Mission: Impossible - Fallout (2018) - aka the one where Tom Cruise hanged from a helicopter - which became a huge box office hit, becoming the highest-grossingmovie in the long-running franchise. It’s no wonder McQuarrie is back for a sequel.
Now I’m excited about the next instalment…
