Watch the final trailer for Star Wars: Rise of the Skywalker

You can now watch the final trailer of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, which marks the end of Luke Skywalker’s legacy.
The film will also be the climactic showdown between the Jedi and the Sith.
The film will see the passing on of the torch from the old to the new generation, which has already started in The Last Jedi with the passing on of Luke Skywalker.
But before the torch is passed, the movie will bring back many of our favourite characters, as seen in the trailer.
Both Luke and Leia will appear in the movie.
In the interview above, director JJ Abrams explained how he employed unused footage of Carrie Fischer's Leia from The Force Awakens to fashion the ending of The Rise of Skywalker.
We also hear the devilish voice of Palpatine uttering “Long have I waited, and now your coming together is your undoing.”
This seems to imply that perhaps Rey will be seduced to the Dark Side and join forces with Kylo Ren.
Daisy Ridley herself hinted as such at a Disney conference in August. She said, “It’s weirdly the most human thing because you’re like everybody struggles; everybody has the things where like one thing is pulling me this way, on thing is pulling me this way.”
In an earlier released trailer (below), we can briefly see Rey wielding a red-coloured double lightsaber.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker will release in cinemas on 19 December.
