The cat's out of the bag! Mighty Jaxx Group (‘Mighty Jaxx’), an award-winning integrated future culture platform that designs and produces digital and physical collectibles and experiences, has been working on the new film sensation,  Argylle, a razor-witted, reality-bending, globe-encircling spy thriller directed by Matthew Vaughn, the twisted mind behind Kick-Ass and the blockbuster Kingsman franchise!

The Singapore-based future culture company, best known for its phygital collectibles, has designed and produced a captivating series of 8 character collectibles for Matthew Vaughn’s Argylle, each meticulously crafted to embody the essence of the movie characters and the acclaimed cast, which are prominently featured within the narrative of the movie. The series of collectibles will be available for pre-order purchase exclusively on mightyjaxx.com on 2 February 2024, offering fans an opportunity to own a piece of cinematic history.

This collaboration marks Mighty Jaxx’s pioneering effort working with Hollywood to utilise collectibles as a creative outlet for connecting audiences into the movie in a tangible and memorable way.

Director Matthew Vaughn said:

We had a great time working with Jackson and his team to bring the 8 character figurines into the storytelling of ‘ARGYLLE’. The Mighty Jaxx team prototyped the figurines for our Principal Photography, which are now stylised as one-of-a-kind collectibles. I cannot wait for everyone to see them in the film.

Founder and CEO of Mighty Jaxx Group, Jackson Aw, said:

This collaboration marks a thrilling milestone for Mighty Jaxx, as we proudly make our debut on the global Hollywood stage. The groundbreaking inclusion of our work in Argylle, in the hands of director Matthew Vaughn, is at once daring and often breathtaking. This venture into uncharted creative territories aligns perfectly with the innovative spirit that defines our mission here at Mighty Jaxx.

It is surreal seeing our collectibles on the big screen, elevating the film’s fun factor and giving the star-studded cast a new way of interacting with audiences globally. We are grateful to have worked side-by-side with MARV to bring this to life.

In Argylle, Bryce Dallas Howard stars as Elly Conway, the reclusive author of a series of best-selling espionage novels, whose idea of bliss is a night at home with her computer and her cat, Alfie. But when the plots of Elly’s fictional books—which center on secret agent Argylle (Henry Cavill) and his mission to unravel a global spy syndicate—begin to mirror the covert actions of a real-life spy organization, quiet evenings at home become a thing of the past.

Accompanied by Aidan (Sam Rockwell), a cat-allergic spy, Elly (carrying Alfie in her backpack) races across the world to stay one step ahead of the killers as the line between Elly’s fictional world and her real one begins to blur.

In addition to Howard, Cavill and Rockwell, the all-star cast of Argylle includes John Cena (Fast X), Oscar® winner Ariana DeBose (West Side Story), Grammy winning pop superstar Dua Lipa (Barbie), Emmy winner and Oscar® nominee Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad), Emmy winner and comedy icon Catherine O’Hara (Schitt’s Creek), Sofia Boutella (Kingsman: The Secret Service), and the legendary Samuel L. Jackson. The film’s feline star, Alfie, is played by Chip, the real-life cat of supermodel Claudia Vaughn (née Schiffer.)

The Argylle Movie Collectibles Series includes 8 10” Vinyl Characters and retails at US$169 each. The collection is available for preorder @ mightyjaxx.com worldwide from 2 February 2024 Friday 9AM ET/10PM SGT onwards.
Fans are encouraged to secure their pieces early, as quantities will be strictly limited.

Argylle arrives in cinemas 1 February.
