Catch Korean Blockbusters on Streaming Platform iQIYI

tvN Movies partners with iQIYI International to bring tvN Movies SVOD (Subscription Video On Demand) service regionally across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam from 8 August 2020.

tvN Movies, which is owned by Asia’s leading entertainment CJ ENM, will provide a roster of first run films every month to iQiyi International, which launched its app last year and is rapidly expanding across South-East Asia. The partnership aims to better satisfy the growing demands for both Korean movies and quality streaming service in the region.

For users and fans of Korean movies, this means, from the 8th, subscribers will be able to enjoy some of the biggest Korean films featuring the hottest stars such as:

Oscar-winning Parasite (Kang Ho Song, Lee Sun Gyun, Choi Woo Shik and Park So Dam)
Ashfall (Lee Gyun Hun, Ma Dong Seok, Ha Jung Woo and Suzy)
Hitman: Agent Jun (Kwon Sang Woo, Hwang Woo Seul Hye and Lee Ji Won)

CJ ENM has secured first and exclusive Pay TV (PTV), Pay-Per-View (PPV), Video-On-Demand (VOD) and Over-The-Top (OTT) rights for tvN Movies in key Southeast Asia markets for this year’s Top 3 summer blockbusters including Train to Busan: Peninsular (sequel to Train to Busan); an action-packed hitman thriller, Deliver Us From Evil; and Steel Rain 2: Summit, a big budget geopolitics war drama on Korean Peninsular starring Jung Woo Sung as the president of South Korea.

Viewing on iQIYI is free, but with limited access to dramas and films.
