A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood is an upcoming American biographical drama film directed by Marielle Heller, starring Tom Hanks in the lead role as Fred Rogers.

​Mr Fred Rogers is most well-known for his role as host of the preschool television series Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Non-Americans might not be as familiar with him as the Americans are but I'll bet his catchy opening song will get stuck in your head in no time once you watch the trailer.



A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood opens in cinemas Nov 28.
