Singaporean filmmaker Nelicia Low’s directorial feature debut, PIERCE 《刺心切骨》, drops its official trailer today, exactly a month ahead of its Singapore theatrical release on 7 November!
Starring a stellar cast including Taiwanese actors Liu Hsiu-Fu 刘修甫, Tsao Yu-Ning 曹佑宁 and Golden Horse winner Ding Ning 丁宁, PIERCE unfolds in Taipei and tells the story of a high school fencer, Zijie. When his beloved but dangerous older brother is released from prison, Zijie believes he is innocent and defies their mother’s wish to help him, only to realise the brother he has idealised might be a mere fantasy.
