Tom Cruise stars as Seal in the upcoming biographical crime film 'American Made: Based on a True Lie', directed by Doug Liman, where the pair previously teamed up for Sci-fi alien movie ‘Edge of Tomorrow’.
In the featurette, Cruise and Liman explain the ‘absolutely outrageous’ lifestyle of how one man managed to live on both sides of the law.

Fun fact: In 2012, writer Gary Spinelli told producer Doug Davison that he was inspired by Argo to find out stories about the untold CIA scandals of that era, which led him to discover Barry Seal.
