3 'Peas' from '3 Peas In A Pod' Dishes Out the Dirty Little Secrets!

The three leads from Michelle Chong’s second feature film, 3 Peas In A Pod《他她他》 clearly started off on the right foot. Besides teasing one another during the press conference held at Marina Bay Sands, the trio, together with director Chong couldn’t stop dishing out little secrets during their filming trip in Australia.

The three ‘peas’, made up of Taiwanese boy band Fahrenheit member Calvin Chen, former Kpop group U-kiss member Alexander Lee Eusebio, and newcomer Jae Liew who was chosen among 800 hopefuls to be the lucky girl to star alongside these international superstars.

Though acting as the sensitive and sweet law student Perry, Calvin Chen was voted as the vainest and the one who has the weirdest habits among the trio. He defended himself saying: “I think the reason why they chose me is because of the times I use my iPhone as a mirror.”

“When I was editing the film, almost every take had him (Chen) doing this (mimicking Chen looking into his iPhone mirror),” said Chong.

For the 23-year-old actress, perhaps eating was one of her habits in Australia. Co-star Alexander revealed, “She eats a lot. Even before kissing!” She shared an intimate scene with Eusebio, and during a small group interview, he said that he was rather nervous, but 'it was much better then I thought'.

“I was worried about two things; her feelings, whether I can cooperate with her and myself. The good thing is that Michelle made the whole thing really comfortable for us, making it a limited access,” he elaborated.

Though having a NC16 rating for her movie, Chong is nonetheless, satisfied and happy with the finished film.

“I want to tell a story that is very real. Not just the plot per se, but each and every character, their thought process, what they go through."
