The 25th edition of the Singapore International Film Festival will be held in conjunction with the Asian Television Forum (ATF), ScreenSingapore and the Asian Television Awards.

The festival will also be reviving the favourite Silver Screen Awards, where many of Singapore’s most notable filmmakers participated, such as Royston Tan, Eric Khoo, Kelvin Tong and Boo Jun Feng.

Yuni Hadi, a notable film producer, curator in Singapore has been appointed as the festival director. She co-producer the award-winning film Ilo Ilo and had organised many film-related events and competition in Singapore.

Local film buffs will not be disappointed for the SGIFF promises to bring a diverse collection of 50 to 80 films of various genres to be screened in Singapore cinemas, online, outdoor and at exhibitions.

The Singapore International Film Festival is scheduled to be held in December next year. Nonetheless, it's a festival we can't wait to attend and stay tuned to InCinemas for the latest updates!
