Get transported back to the Precambrian, Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous prehistoric periods in the first exhibition of its kind, and relive the dinosaurs' natural environment as you uncover how the different species lived on earth.
From fossils to specimens, original vivid illustrations to interactive segments, there’s something for everyone to learn and gain a deeper insight into the rich and fascinating world of dinosaurs. For Dr. Patricia Vickers-Rich, world renowned palaeontologist selected the ‘Mussaurus’ as one of her favourite dinosaurs.

“That’s a really lovely small animal,” said Dr. Rich “I also have to say that I like my son and daughter’s dinosaurs - Leaellynasaura (daughter) and Timimus (son)!”
You heard it right, it’s not everyday that you are able to have a dinosaur named after you. After all, dinosaurs have always been a topic that children and adults are interested in. We’ve always been fascinated and intrigued as to what happened millions of years ago when different species of dinosaurs lived together.

Dinosaurs: Dawn to Extinction brings together institutions around the world to present an extensive and impressive exhibition. Dr. Rich called it “one of the best exhibition I’ve worked on”!
We were deeply impressed by the curation of this exhibition and the effort in bringing these dinosaurs to live. From intricate details on the life-like dinosaurs to the large-scaled setup of the fossils, there’s bound to be something for everyone.
From now till 27 July 2014, immerse in an unforgettable experience and embark on a journey 600 million years ago.
- Stop Motion Dinosaur Wipe-out!
Film and dinosaur enthusiasts can create their own stop motion animation based on one of the main theories of mass dinosaurs extinction: asteroid impact, climate change or volcanic eruptions.
Presented by local puppet theatre company, Paper Monkey Theatre, visitors will be taken on a journey of how animal life adapted over 600 million years, presented through magical puppetry.
A drawing workshop conducted by Isabelle Desjeux, a scientist turned artist, who brings fossils to life by having visitors draw them in detail and placing the art piece in a pre-historic landscape.
Visitors can try their hands at carving their own sculpted fossil, be it a shell or bone, our of Soap to bring home!
