Thrill's 'Asian Fear Fest' is Back with More Terrifying Tales!

Thrill, Asia's first pan-regional movie channel dedicated to the widely popular horror, thriller and suspense genres, brings back its Asian Fear Fest (AFF) to your TV screens this October.

Asian Fear Fest is Thrill's annual showcase of eight tales of terror, handpicked from across Asia, to make you scream. The movies will premiere on Thrill (StarHub Cable TV Channel 618 and SingTel mioTV Channel 415) every Saturday and Sunday, starting from October 4 at 9PM.

First launched in 2012, Asian Fear Fest has received great response from viewers and is one of the most anticipated programs on Thrill. This year, Asian Fear Fest features horror and suspense films from Indonesia, China and India. The festival opens with the award-winning film KALA directed by acclaimed Indonesian filmmaker, Joko Anwar. Considered one of Indonesia’s finest film noirs, KALA has won several international awards including Best Film at the 2007 Berlin Asia Hot Shots Film Festival and the Jury Prize at the 2008 New York Asian Film Festival.
