Perspectives Film Festival 2011 will be held from the 27th to 30th
October. The annual film event run by undergraduates of Nanyang
Technological University, will present six films that sparked
controversy, and elicited bans and censorship in their home countries.
The films represent some of the greatest cinema of both East and West,
and have won many accolades at major international film festivals.

Tickets are now available for films screened at the Alliance Française,
announced Perspectives Film Festival 2011, the premier student-run film
festival organised by the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and
Information, NTU.
Film-goers interested in catching the Singapore première of Japanese
auteur Koji Wakamatsuʼs Caterpillar, along with The Blue Kite, Czech
Dream, and Syndromes and a Century, can now get their tickets from
www.ticketbooth.com.sg, or from any Ticketbooth outlet. Tickets can also
be bought from any of the AXS stations all over Singapore, or through a
phone call to 62962929.

The tickets are priced at $10 each. All students and senior citizens
aged above 60 can get their tickets at $8, and should head to
Ticketbooth outlets to purchase their discounted tickets.
Ticketbooth outlets are situated at Ang Mo Kio Hub, Century Square,
Downtown East i-Help Station, Great World City, Happy Days (in Bedok
Princess theatre), Jest DʼPlace (in Choa Chu Kang Centre), Scarlet City
(in AMK Hub), Tanglin Mall, TicketCube, Union Square (in The Amara), and
West Mall. Administrative charges apply for all tickets.

Tickets for The Battle of Algiers and The Clockwork Orange, screened at
Golden Village VivoCity, will be made available on the 13th of October.
