Do you enjoy it? Can't wait to see the witty, arrogant Tony Stark playing solo and mocking at his own teammates. In the last part of the trailer, he 'praised' Dr. Banner's work being unparallel and notes his ability to lose control and turn into a green monster. How sarcastic!
THE AVENGERS is slated to open in Singapore on 1 May 2012 in 3D and IMAX.

Robert Downey Jr. made his screen debut in 1970 at the age of five when he appeared in his father's film “Pound.” His most recent films, not including “Iron Man” and “Iron Man 2,” include “Tropic Thunder” (2008), “The Soloist” (2009), “Sherlock Holmes” (2009) and “Due Date” (2010). In “The Avengers,” he plays Tony Stark, an egotistical billionaire industrialist who seeks to accomplish world peace with a mechanical suit of armor, the Iron Man suit, he invented.
Chris Evans made his screen debut in 2000 in “The Newcomers.” His most recent films, not including “Captain America: The First Avenger,” include “Push” (2009), “The Losers” (2010), “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World” (2010) and “What’s Your Number?” (2011). He is also known as Johnny Storm a.k.a. Human Torch from the “Fantastic Four” films. In “The Avengers,” Evans plays Steve Rogers, a World War II veteran who was enhanced to the peak of human physicality by an experimental serum, the Super Soldier Serum.
Mark Ruffalo made his screen debut in the 1996 indie film “The Last Big Thing.” His most recent films include “Shutter Island” (2010), “Date Night” (2010) and “The Kids Are All Right” (2010). In “The Avengers,” Ruffalo plays Bruce Banner, a genius scientist who, because of exposure to gamma radiation, transforms into a monster, the Hulk, when enraged or excited.
Chris Hemsworth made his screen debut in the 2009 film “A Perfect Getaway.” His most recent films, not including “Thor,” include “Star Trek” (2009) and “Ca$h” (2010). In “The Avengers,” Hemsworth plays Thor, the Norse god of thunder.
Renner made his screen debut in the 1995 film “National Lampoon’s Senior Trip.” His most recent films include “28 Weeks Later” (2007), “The Hurt Locker” (2009), “The Town” (2010) and “Thor” (2011). In “The Avengers,” Renner plays a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent and master archer, better known as Hawkeye.
Scarlett Johansson made her screen debut in the 1994 film “North.” Her most recent films include “Lost in Translation” (2003), “Match Point” (2005), “He’s Just Not That Into You” (2009) and “Iron Man 2” (2010). In "The Avengers":, Johansson plays a highly trained spy, Natasha Romanoff (a.k.a Black Widow), working for the international peacekeeping organization, S.H.I.E.L.D., which calls for the assemblage of the superheroes.
Samuel L. Jackson made his screen debut in the 1972 film “Together for Days.” He has the most appearances in films of any on-screen actor to date. Since 2000, he has been cast as the lead in the remake of “Shaft” (2000), S.W.A.T. (2003), Coach Carter (2005), Snakes on a Plane (2006), and Lakeview Terrace (2008), among other films. In “The Avengers,” Jackson plays the director of S.H.I.E.L.D., who, as revealed in the previous crossover films, is coordinating the "Avenger Initiative".
