To celebrate 25 years of one of the world‟s most recognized theatre musical masterpiece, Golden Village will screen THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA AT THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL on 4th November, exclusively at two of its cinemas, GV VivoCity and GV Grand, Great World City.

Musical theatre lovers in Singapore will be able to participate in the commemoration of this timeless classic by enjoying the cinema release of the musical performance staged earlier in October 2011 at London‟s most iconic event venue, the Royal Albert Hall.

Presented by notable theatrical producer Sir Cameron Mackintosh, English composer Andrew Lloyd Webber‟s history-making THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA transformed into a fully staged, lavish production, set in the sumptuous Victorian splendour of the Royal Albert Hall in London. Directed by Laurence Connor, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA AT THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL is the first staged version of the musical to be screened in cinemas. This theatrical performance stars Iranian-born Canadian actor, Ramin Karimloo, as „The Phantom‟ and American prima donna, Sierra Boggess, as „Christine‟, along with a cast and orchestra of over 200.
