Fun and Horror awaits you at Museum of Horrors II

By InCinemas  /  24 Oct 2011 (Monday)
[Our InCinemas Experience at the Museum of Horrors 2]

Last Friday evening 21 October 2011, InCinemas was delighted to have braved through the Museum Of Horrors 2 with our InCinemas Facebook winners. It wouldn’t have been so much fun without them.. Right outside the entrance, we took a few pictures with the crazy clown which can’t seem to stop laughing to himself. Its laughter felt more like a taunt to the passers-by as though challenging them to enter the gates of Museum Of Horrors.. There, the much anticipated horror awaits you.

Insisting that the winners should enter first, we were greeted by eerie smokes similar to the low-lying mists at cemeteries when the second door opens! SCREAM~!

You won't miss the white face or horrifying masks amidst the fog! We were ‘ambushed’ by several characters right in the beginning and it becomes apparent that they like the humans' company! Haha.. Look at the first creature on the left! It's as though the creature is smiling and welcoming us!

The Musem of Horror turns out to be a big hall divided into many areas with different themes. There were other classic movie characters like Captain Davy Jones, Nightmare Elm and even Alien Vs Predator around.

There’s one particular female ghost that you’ve got to take note of. It’s one scary ghost that gives all of us the creeps! You wouldn’t want her to get close to you.. Small-sized and light-footed, she creeps behind careless travellers and feeds off their frightened looks! For the guys with girlfriends, it's one great opportunity to man up and show your courage! Hmm.. Courage is stronger than Steel huh? Reminds me of REAL STEEL!

Even when spotted, this creepy-looking ghost doesn’t shy away. Instead, she lunges straight to your face as close as possible and lingers on around you, sending shivers down your spine! This is one scary mask to beware of.. I can't stand looking at it at an arm's distance away! She looks as though she might possess you through your face!

Able to sense your fear, this creature ‘attacks’ its prey accurately and brings additional ‘fun’ to the trip. And the first hall isn't the end of the trip. There is also the new 3D Horror Maze this year where it is recommended to enter in groups of 4! This maze is infested with clowns and 'traps' and the '3D' glass given to you enhances its surrounding, creating an eerie feel in an unusual dream-like world.

Try not to walk too fast while you're at it so that there's enough time for the crew to 'prepare'. Meanwhile, try to get the '3D' paper glasses hooked to the back of your ears as it falls off quite easily. It is not advisable to hold on the glasses with your hands when going through the maze as you might feel rather uncomfortable and experience slight dizziness in the process.

Well, after awhile, the entire museum feels like an exhibition hall that fills itself occasionally screams and laughters. The best part is actually taking photos with the props available on the set and making the best out of them. The picture above shows some of the creative pose we had gathered during our InCinemas MOH tour!

Stay tuned at InCinemas! You can find more  of the interesting photos which we will be putting up on our InCinemas Facebook MOH Album tomorrow on Tuesday.. We had lots of laughs during this trip and we hope that our participants had enjoyed themselves as much as we did. Thanks for coming along on time!

We strongly recommend MOH visitors to bring along your friends and at least one camera to capture these fun-filled moments! Note that if you’re going to get your MOH tickets, don’t forget to mention us InCinemas.sg and you’ll get yourself rewarded with $20 worth of cash voucher of K Box or Sakae Sushi! Have a great Halloween!
