THE LADY raked in another S$86,000 at its second weekend box office, a 21% jump from its previous weekend box office of S$71,000. Available exclusively at Golden Village Cinemas, The Lady amounts to a total box office of $184,000 to date!

The Lady seems to have struck an emotional chord with Singaporeans. People are touched by the story of Aung San Suu Kyi. Some are not just recommending the movie, but buying tickets for their families and friends.
Golden Village Cinemas has reacted to audiences’ response and the positive word-of-mouth and have added cinemas, bigger halls and more sessions in the second week of the film’s release.
The Lady is rated NC16 (Mature Content) and is now showing InCinemas.
