The Wedding Diary is back for a sequel!

Remember the lively couple Daniel and Tina (played by Ah Niu & Elanne Kwong respectively) in The Wedding Diary 《结婚那件事》 back in February?
They will be back for more to explore the story after their eventful wedding! The happiest man on earth must be none other than Ah Niu in this sequel! InCinemas recalled Ah Niu emphasizing his bliss to have such a beautiful wife in the movie and now he has yet another opportunity to play the husband of the stunning Elanne Kwong, what more could he ask for?
Before moving on for more details, let us revisit their lovely chemistry when performing The Wedding Diary theme song at Jurong Point Atrium level 1.
On 21 June 2012, Clover Films, GSC Movies, Mega Cineplex, Asia Tropical Films, Universe Entertainment and STAR Chinese Movies (SCM) announced their latest collaboration to produce THE WEDDING DIARY II 《结婚那件事之后》, the highly anticipated sequel to the box office hit THE WEDDING DIARY 《结婚那件事》 directed by Malaysian director Adrian Teh 郑建国.
THE WEDDING DIARY II 《结婚那件事之后》 will reunite the original stellar cast including Malaysian singer-actor-director Aniu 阿牛 陈庆祥, Hong Kong star Elanne Kwong 江若琳, award-winning actress Kara Hui 惠英红, Singapore veteran actors Jack Choo 朱厚任 and Marcus Chin 陈建彬.

Joining the cast in this sequel is the popular Taiwanese actress Cynthia Wang 王心如, who first appeared on our local big screen in Dasmond Koh's Timeless Love 《那个夏天》. Additional cameos and guest appearances will be announced at a later stage.
THE WEDDING DIARY II 《结婚那件事之后》, with a production budget of S$1.2
million (RM$3 million), will commence principal photography this Saturday, 30 June
2012, in Singapore and is expected to hit cinemas during the Chinese New
Year holidays in February 2013.

The movie will be co-distributed in Singapore by Clover Films and Golden
Village Pictures, while distributed in Malaysia by GSC Movies.
