K-pop fans in Singapore are in for a treat should they be able to get their hands on the tickets to SMTOWN Live World Tour III in Singapore! Backed by a massive production value of S$5 million with special effects, pyrotechnics, flying stunts and water features, SMTOWN Live World Tour III in Singapore's The Float @ Marina Bay will showcase a stage that is never seen before in other countries!

This will mark the first time audiences will be able to set foot on the floating stage and get as close as 3 metres away from the performing artistes on stage if they purchase the Mosh pit tickets, limiting to around 5,000 fans!

When does the tickets go on sale?
Tickets will be made available for Samsung and OCBC Card customers from 29 Sep 2012 (10.00am) to 1 Oct 2012 (11.59pm). Public ticket sales will begin from 2 Oct 2012 (12.01am) onwards via all SISTIC counter, phone and online bookings

1. Will there be a ticket launch event?

No, there will not be a ticket launch event for SMTOWN Live World Tour III in Singapore.

2. Can I choose my seat(s)?
Unfortunately, you cannot choose your seats. You can only choose your preferred colour zone category. There will be seat numbers printed on your ticket (it is not free seating). When you purchase tickets, SISTIC’s system will choose the best available seating at the point of transaction.

3. How many tickets can I purchase?
Each person is entitled to a maximum of 8 tickets only per transaction.

4. Is there any age limit?
For safety reasons, yes, there is an age limit.
Children below the age of 12 are not allowed into the Moshpit.
Children below the age of 7 are not allowed in for the concert.

5. Is there any way possible that I am allowed to access the backstage to see my favourite Korean acts?
Backstage access is not allowed at all times.

6. What are the modes of payment?
Tickets can be purchased via Sistic - using Cash, Nets, Credit & Debit cards.
For online and hotline bookings, only credit cards and debit cards issued in Singapore will be allowed. The debit card must be able to do online transactions. If you are not sure if your debit card can be used for online transactions, you'll have to check with your bank.

7. How can overseas fans purchase the tickets?
Overseas fans can purchase the tickets online through the SISTIC website (www.sistic.com.sg) from 12mn (GMT +8:00) on 2 Oct. For Malaysian fans, tickets can be purchased online via TicketCharge at www.ticketcharge.com.my. Other overseas fans can purchase tickets at overseas ticketing partners- go to www.sistic.com.sg and click on 'Agents' for a list of outlets in Indonesia.

8. Are there any limits to what kind of tickets I can purchase?
No, you can purchase tickets from any category. Age restrictions apply (please see point 4).

9. I bought the Light Blue Zone tickets, can I move to other Zones if we go early?
No, you are to strictly remain at your ticket color zone at all times, with the allocated seat number.

10. What happens when it rains?
This is a rain or shine event, we will have fun regardless!

11. Will there be a second night for the concert?
No, this is strictly a one night only concert.

12. Why are the blocks at the side of the stage in grey?
Those seats are Partially-Restricted View seats and they may or may not be released for sale till we determine at a later stage.
