A recent episode of Top Gear Korea (Season 2) showed an exhilarating drag race between a Corvette ZR1 and a AH-1 Cobra helicopter, that nearly ended in tragedy when the Cobra helicopter smashed into the Arizona desert just beyond the finish line. Witness the shocking footage after the jump!
Hosted by professional race car driver Kim Pin-Jyo, car enthusiast Cho Min-Ki, and celebrity racing-circuit member, Yeon Jung-Hoon (who also stars in Blood Thirsty Prosecutor), 'Top Gear Korea' provides viewers with informative car reviews and is packed with super cars, an all-action test track and many more exciting challenges.
Thankfully no one was seriously injured during the crash!
The original challenge pitted presenter Kim Jin Pyo in a Corvette ZR1 against an AH1 Cobra helicopter in true Top Gear style.
