Munch the sumptuous meals you crave without any limitations and of course, the reclining cushion sofa seats to enhance your movie experience. Forget about all the irritating kicks and knocks, loud ringing noises during the movie!
Sound
One of the main reasons we head to a cinema to watch a movie is because of it’s superb sound quality that makes explosions so real, crashes so authentic and even the waves of the sea so pure.
Without all the additional cables and speakers to get your desired ‘surround sound’, Sony solves the problem by creating the new wireless HT-CT260 surround sound bar! Powered by Sony’s proprietary S-Force PRO Front Surround technology, the CT260 uses just two front speakers in a single bar to create impressive 3D surround sound effects, letting you experience every single explosion, gunshot and car chase as they happen on the TV.
With a powerful sub-woofer, the CT260 delivers deep bass notes with 300W of total speaker power! The digital optical cable connects easily to your HDTV, making installation hassle-free. Also, the built-in Bluetooth function allows you to stream music easily from a variety of Bluetooth-enabled devices, be it your PC, tablet or smartphone.
The wireless HT-CT260 surround sound bar from Sony will be available at a retail price of $449 in Singapore at all Sony stores and authorised outlets from end-April 2013 onwards.
Screen
Big usually means good, the bigger the better, especially when it comes to viewing your all-time favourite classic movie. While it’s quite impossible to have that large a screen as the cinemas at home, but you can consider getting the new 4K LED TV from Sony.
The new 65 and 55-inch are part of the lineup in the X series where these 4K LED TVs have four times the resolution of full HD (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) and delivers the most immersive home entertainment experience with the highest picture quality regardless of the content or source.
It not only reduces visual noise and corrects image shapes, but also upscales 2K content to a near 4K native resolution. The TRILUMINOS Display LED backlighting is sued to present rich, authentic colour with subtle tones while also replicating bold colours including hard-to-reproduce reds and greens.
The models are also Wi-Fi and 3D enabled, and offers a wide range of internet connected services including Sony’s smart connect solutions, allowing cross-device connectivity between mobile devices and their TV.
