Popular Asian Beauty Reality Show, Lady First 女人我最大 to hit Singapore this May!

The top Taiwanese beauty and lifestyle magazine show, Lady First (女人我最大) will soon have a made-in-Singapore version!



The long-running beauty and fashion infotainment programme, Lady First - Singapore (女人我最大- 新加坡) promises viewers useful insights into the world of beauty and fashion, while injecting it with a local flavour. 

Lady First - Singapore premieres on E City (StarHub TV Channel 111/825) on May 20 at 8pm.



Celebrated Taiwanese host Pauline Lan (蓝心湄) will be helming Lady First - Singapore together with resident stylists Kevin Chou, Wu Yi Lin and Xiao Kai, all of whom are renowned beauty and fashion experts in Taiwan. Singapore representatives, skincare expert Bryan Gan, make up guru Clarence Lee, style fashionista Keith Png and hairstyling whiz Ken Hong will also share their expertise and tips on grooming on the show.

Expected lots of laughs, gossips and of course, tips and tricks to a better you! In addition to the team of experts, a 10-member ‘ladies team’ made up of local female personalities will appear on the show to give their take on the latest beauty products and the hottest fashion trends in town!



Heading the ladies team is Kelly Poon, a Singaporean singer who is also be the host for an outdoor segment in the show, unique to Lady First - Singapore. The songstress will be scouting the streets and talk to various women about the topic of the day. Other members include DJ Di Jia, Sunsilk Academy Fantasia finalists Vee Lee and Celyn Liew.

When asked about Singaporeans’ fashion sense, Lan said majority of the ladies in Singapore dress generally well, but there are some that don’t know how to dress correctly. She also divided the demographics into two; one who seldom dolls up and the other who overdresses.



In addition, Lan and the other experts were asked to rate Singapore ladies’ fashion sense, while most of the gurus gave an average of ’8’, Lan showed the number three figure and commented, ‘The result of this rating is because of the males in Singapore. There are no guys that make us ladies feel like dressing up for,’ which echoed with roaring applause, cheers and screams from the floor.
