Watch Cate Blanchett as The Wicked Stepmother in New Trailer for 'Disney's Cinderella'!

Directed by Kenneth Branagh, Disney's live-action Cinderella version doesn't stray too far from the fairytale.

Watching Oscar-winner Cate Blanchett as the wickedly-wicked stepmother is amusingly gratifying. Check out the new poster after the jump!

“Downton Abbey” star Lily James plays the title role as the poor little Ella with a great heart, is forced to stay with her stepmother and cruel stepsisters after the demise of her mum.

As everything goes, we see the glass slippers and a very chic blue gown that Cinderella wears to the ball where she meets Prince Charming (Richard Madden), who fits the role to a T.

If anything, Blanchett and Helena Bonham Carter as the eccentric Fairy Godmother may just be the show-stopper of the film.

Disney's Cinderella will open InCinemas on March 12 2015!
