'Pet Sematary' is coming back to life!

Stephen King's acclaimed horror novel of the same name, which has been adapted for the screen in 1989, has gotten a remake.

It stars Jason Clarke ('Zero Dark Thirty', 'Terminator Genisys'), Amy Seimetz ('Upstream Color'), John Lithgow ('Daddy's Home 2'), Jeté Laurence, and Hugo Lavoie.

The film follows a young family who moves into a new house that is situated beside a pet cemetary with the power to revive the dead.

The last Stephen King novel to be adapted for the big screen was 'It' (2017), and it became one of the most profitable horror films of all time.

'Pet Sematary' is slated to be released in April next year.

Meanwhile, check out the teaser trailer that just dropped, or rather, risen from the ground.
