Comic Con 2012: Marvel's upcoming movies and Iron Man 3 Q&A session

Marvel has revealed a slate of exciting projects they have for their fans and supporter at Comic Con 2012. And their next phase is pretty much like what we had before Marvel's The Avengers, introducing three sequels of the more popular heroes namely, Iron Man, Thor and Captain America.



So there we have it!

This time however, it'll lead up to the ultimate assemble in Guardians Of The Galaxy! Here's a first look at the concept art portraying Star-Lord, Drax the Destroyer, Gamora, Rocket Raccoon, and Groot.

Guardians of the Galaxy, based on the Marvel comic books of the same name, features an unlikely cast of characters who must team up in order to defeat a cosmic force of epic proportions.The movie is slated for release in US on 1 August 2014.

Clip 1: Producer and Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige introducing Marvel's upcoming movies to ~6,500 fans in hall H.

Clip 2: Kevin later brought director Edgar Wright onstage for a sneak peek at test footage for Ant-Man, based on the Marvel comic books, about a microsized hero with astonishing abilities. Release date is not set.



Clip 3: Iron Man 3 director Shane Black and stars Robert Downey Jr., Don Cheadle, and Jon Favreau joins the panel to discuss the third Iron Man movie.

Clip 4: Interesting highlights - A joke about racism arised when a question of putting on the 'Iron Man suit' was raised. Robert first directed the question to Cheadle whom replied that he took about half an hour, before answering, "Oh, mine's about 3 minutes." (0:18 min mark)

Later, Cheadle abruptly left the stage when a fan, dressed in Iron Man suit, revealed that he took 5 minutes to put up the armor! (2:37 min mark)
