Don't get it? Watch the Star Trek Into Darkness trailers and pay attention to the extremely minute details and you'll see something different, something that leads you to something more amazing!
Once again the sneaky folks at Bad Robot and Paramount hid a web address in a trailer, with the exception of the UK and Australian trailers which are exactly the same.
Actually they hid a number of different URLs in the different localised versions, leading to six localized versions of a new international poster artwork. Check out all the variants below.
Hidden URLs are in each of the new Star Trek Into Darkness international trailers that leads to different bonus artwork. Note: According to Paramount these images are not the official international "one-sheet" posters. Those have yet to be revealed (as has the Domestic one-sheet). These are being described as "special pieces of artwork revealed through the trailer launch."
Now for the revelation... We really got to give it to the guys over at TrekMovie.com for those ninja microscopic eyes! After learning about this interesting news, I went to re-watch the trailer over and over again and finally felt a surge of intelligence bestowed upon me when I spotted, one link.
It was hidden in in a very interesting shot. If you averted your eyes from Alice Eve you would have caught it!
I was able to spot this. You can click here to watch the trailer and spot the link!
This happens around the middle of the trailer clip.
Who would have thought that such as short scene can contain such an important clue?
Looks tricky to me too!
The peeps said it was even trickier due to different options for the characters! Ingenious idea!
Amazing? I think so too! Star Trek Into Darkness opens 16 May 2013.
